Republika has four brand new and highly appointed units with air-conditioning and balconies and one further unit which is a rustic/native style cabin constructed of amakan and bamboo (with fan only).  All of the units have hot water. Each accommodation unit has a partial sea view (view is partially blocked by trees) and the ocean-beach is 10-20 metres in front of the units. The units are designed with couples or families in mind.

The chill beach bar with ambient music and the occasional live artists is located within the grounds and closes around 9-10pm each night. Music is kept at low volumes to respect guests and neighbors.

Republika has its own power generator for the accommodation in case of a power cut (unfortunately a common occurrence on Siquijor) and a security guard patrols at night (9pm – 6am) to give guests peace of mind. In general though be assured Siquijor has a low crime rate, the lowest in the Philippines and one of the lowest throughout the whole of SE Asia.

We offer comfortable pick up and drop off in a Toyota minivan, from all locations including Siquijor, Larena port and Siquijor airport.

The 1^st Floor units Ipil and Tugas have a king size bed, air-conditioning, TV and separate shower / bathroom. The unit has a balcony deck with a view to the ocean.  These units are ideal for couples and have a table for working and wifi.

Price: 3000 pesos per night based on 2 person occupancy.
500 pesos extra per person for more than 2 people.

The units downstairs Mahogany and Gmelina have a queen size bed, air-conditioning, TV, wifi, table and an additional single bed. The unit has a balcony deck.  These lower units are ideal for families with children (no stairs to climb and easy access to outdoors) but are also ideal for couples.  An extra mattress can be put on the floor and we have a few baby cots.

Price – 3,000 pesos per night based on 3 person occupancy
with 500 pesos extra per person for more than 3 people.

A stand-alone native style cabin on stilts over looking the ocean and adjacent to Republika beach bar. Ideal for couples and families but is fan only. Double bed and ceiling fan in the main room. Separate shower and washroom, balcony over looking the ocean.

500 pesos extra per person for more than 2 guests.

Price – 500 pesos per night (price includes bed sheets, towels 50 pesos extra per visit or request) Two brand new dormitory rooms that house 3 bunk beds per room. Constructed in Dec 2022 these rooms are located in a secluded and quiet location very close to the Ocean (20m away and a small beach infront). Opposite the rooms is the native style Republika Beach bar which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner (7.30AM – 7PM). The location is great for hanging out all day whether it is to read, swim / snorkel or have a craft beer /cocktail. The sunsets here can be spectacular!. The rooms adjoin the Siquijor Divers office if you wish to go for a dive in the crystal clear ocean out-front. The accommodation is also located 250m from the popular Baha Ba’r restaurant and organic produce Fazenda store / delicatessen. Each bed has its own locker, each room has 3 fans (no aircon) and the beds are constructed by our own carpenters out of solid wood (some beds are 78” to accommodate taller people). Books, hammocks and a dart board are on site to make your stay even more relaxing and enjoyable.
